Linking People Together
Once you have two or more people entered into Family, you can either link them togetherin the form a couple, marriage, or create a parent/child relationship. You can also disconnect parent/child relationships, and separate marriages or couples easily.
Creating a Marriage or Couple
Once you have the people in a marriage or couple created, you can join them by dragging one of them on top of the other. Once you do this, the two people will be joined together with a heart between them.
Parent/Child Releationship
To create a parent/child relationship, drag and drop from the dot on either side of one person to the dot on either side of the other person.
Separating Couples or Marriages
Should you need to separate a marriage or couple, click on the heart that is between the couple. This will give you a prompt to verify that this is what you want to do. Once you confirm this action, the couple or marriage will be separated.
Removing a Parent/Child Relationship
In order to remove a parent/child relationship, click on the relationship, and then click the Delete key on your keyboard.
